About the issuer
xStocks are tracker certificates issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited, a Jersey special purpose vehicle registered with the Jersey Financial Services Commission. Each xStock is designed to track the economic value of one underlying stock or ETF and is collateralized 1:1 by that asset, held with regulated custodians in segregated accounts.

- Issuance and redemption happen in the primary market directly with the issuer and require KYC/AML onboarding. Primary issuance and redemption operate 24/5, aligned with the underlying market. Trading on the platform is secondary-market trading and does not involve the issuer.
- Dividends & splits
- Dividends (net of applicable withholding taxes) are reinvested and stock splits are applied through an onchain multiplier. On Solana the raw token balance stays constant and the multiplier is stored in the mint's Scaled UI Amount extension; wallets apply it to display the balance.

Secondary-market prices on Solana are set by onchain liquidity and can differ from the underlying's exchange price, especially outside the underlying market's trading hours.
- Not the underlying
SPYx is a token issued by a third party. Its price is set by onchain markets and is not automatically identical to the price of SPY.
- Execution
Swaps are routed across Solana liquidity venues for the best available price. The platform does not custody funds or act as a counterparty.
